How to Add an Advertisement

Post your products and reach thousands of buyers

Navigate to your Dashboard β†’ My Posts β†’ Create Post

Fill in all the relevant product details

Upload up to 6 images

Use Custom Fields (key-value pairs) to add additional information

After submitting, your post will be reviewed and approved by our team (Premium verified members' posts are auto-approved)

Ensure all content complies with our Terms and Conditions

Go to My Posts to see all your listings and filter them by status: Active, Pending, or Rejected

Click the delete icon on a post to remove it permanently

Go to My Shops from your dashboard

Click on Create Shop

How to Assign Products to Your Shop

Organize your inventory across your shop

When creating a new product (after your shop is created), select your shop from the dropdown in the form

Alternatively, visit My Shops, click on your shop, and then click the Add Product button

How to Bulk Assign Products to Your Shop

Quickly assign multiple existing products to your shop at once

Go to your Shop Dashboard and click on your shop from the list

Click the 'Add Product +' button in the top right corner

A popup dialog will appear with two tabs: 'Create Post' and 'Assign Existing Posts'

Click on the 'Assign Existing Posts' tab to view all your active products

Click on product cards to select multiple products. A checkmark will appear on selected items

Use the 'Select All' checkbox to quickly select all products on the current page

Once you've selected all desired products, click the 'Apply' button to assign them to your shop

You'll see a success message confirming the bulk assignment. Your shop's product list will update automatically

How to Place an Order

Order products directly from a shop that accepts orders

Open a product listing β€” if the shop accepts orders, you'll see a 'Place Order' button

Click 'Place Order' to open the order form

Enter the quantity you want to purchase

Fill in your shipping details: full name, phone, email, street, city, district, and postal code

5

Optionally add order notes and attach a supporting file (max 5MB)

Review the order summary showing the total price

Click 'Confirm Order' to submit β€” the shop owner will be notified by email

How to View and Manage My Orders

Track every order you've placed and stay in touch with the shop

Go to your Dashboard β†’ My Orders to see every order you've placed

Filter your orders by status: Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled

Click 'View details' on an order to see the shop, items, and pricing breakdown

If the shop has added tracking information, expand 'Tracking details available' to see the carrier, tracking number, and tracking link

Use 'Send a document (PDF) to the shop' to email the shop owner a PDF (e.g. proof of payment) along with an optional message

Once sent, you'll see a 'Sent' confirmation badge on that order so you know it went through

How to Manage Orders for Your Shop

Accept, track, and fulfill orders placed at your shop

Turn on 'Accept Orders' from your Shop β†’ Settings tab to let customers order your products (requires a Premium plan)

Turn on 'Allow Emails' to receive an email notification every time a customer places an order

Go to your Shop β†’ Orders tab to see every order placed at your shop

Filter orders by status or search for a specific order using its Order ID

Click the edit icon on an order to update its status (Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled)

Add tracking details (carrier, tracking number, tracking link) when updating an order to Shipped

If a customer sends you a document for an order, you'll see a 'Customer sent a document' notice on that order card

How to Understand Your Shop Analytics

Track your shop's performance with detailed sales and customer insights

Go to your Shop β†’ Analytics tab to open your shop's dashboard

Use the timeframe selector (Last Week, Last Month, Last Year, All Time) to change the reporting period

Review your key metrics at the top of the page, including revenue and order totals

4

Check the Sales Trend chart to see how your revenue changes over time

5

View Orders by Status to see how many orders are Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled

6

Check Top Products to see which items are selling best

7

Review Customer Insights to better understand your buyers

Click 'Export' to download your analytics report as a JSON or CSV file

How to Manage Your Profile and Password

Update your profile picture and keep your account secure

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner to see your name and email

Go to your Dashboard β†’ Profile tab to update your account

Click your avatar or 'Choose a photo' to select a new profile picture (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, max 2MB)

Click 'Save Photo' to confirm β€” your new picture appears across the site

In the same tab, click 'Reset Password' to receive a password reset link by email

Follow the link in your email to set a new password

How to Switch Language

Browse AdMart.lk in English or Sinhala

Look for the language switcher in the top navigation bar

Click 'EN' for English or 'ΰ·ƒΰ·’' for Sinhala

What Do Verified and Premium Badges Mean

Understand the badges you see on shops and sellers

A 'Verified Seller' badge means AdMart has confirmed the seller's identity

A 'Premium' badge means the account has an upgraded plan with extra features, such as accepting orders and auto-approved posts
